I have been seeing Dr Critchfield regularly for the past 36 years. With his recent retirement, I am now seeing Dr Denise Liu in the same office. She and her assistant, Andrea, just completed a new crown installation for me, replacing an old tooth filling that was beginning to crack. It was my first time with both of them, so I was a little anxious. But they were so gentle and so kind to me through the entire process that all of my anxiety is completely gone now. The process was straightforward and completely painless, and they were great about explaining what they were doing, or going to do, and everything went very smoothly. I am so happy with my new dear friend, Dr Liu. I highly recommend Dr Liu and all of the wonderful and friendly staff at the newly-named Palo Verde Smiles dental office. There is clearly a reason why Dr Liu and all the folks at this office are Delta Dental of Arizona PREMIER members!

The Critchfield dental office is first class. They greet me warmly; they are friendly, yet very professional. The office is clean and I always feel safe in their care. Dr. Critchfield is exceptionally gentle, explains the procedures thoroughly, and his work is precise and I would say as perfect as possible. Tammy, the hygienist is the best! She is also exceptionally gentle and precise in her work. She has a great way of encouraging good habits. The whole office staff is efficient and organized. Amazing office! The staff is super nice and responsive. Julie communicates through text promptly. She is super fast at communicating with my insurance providers. I have been going here since childhood, though for a ahort time had to go to 2 other offices while holding different insurance. This office supercedes any of the others by far. All of the staff are friendly and professional. The Hygienists and Dentists are efficient and are personable. I have and will continue to recommend this office.
